The Blacque Records Store has a 30-day return policy for most items purchased (excluding
music and videos). Under this policy, if you are unhappy with the product you purchased for
any reason, our supplier will schedule a return and a refund of that product purchase.

If any product you receive has a manufacturer defect, it is covered under the manufacturer
warranty and is to be returned directly to the manufacturer for an exchange or refund. Any
product damaged by a shipping carrier is to be returned for a refund or exchange.
